Brazil is the new addition in the international testing center. Testing in Brazil will open from February, 2012 to citizens and long-term residents of Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, and Colombia. U.S. citizens living abroad are eligible to test at any location.

April 15, 2011:

Good news for the citizens of Egypt, Jordan, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. They are allowed to take CPA exam in any of the designated Middle East locations (UAE, Lebanon, Kuwait and Bahrain).

The U.S. CPA exam is offered at selected Prometric test center in United Arab Emirates (UAE). Citizens, permanent residents and long-term residents of Egypt, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Yemen (starting February 2012) may sit for the Exam in Bahrain, Kuwait, Lebanon and the UAE. Short- term tourist and transit visa holders are not allowed to sit for the CPA exam internationally. They are welcome to sit for the CPA exam in the U.S.
